You will provide training to both new and current employee on customer satisfaction and service quality to ensure to meet company service standard and maintain brand images.

Job Responsibility

• Deliver all-round training courses on selling skills, customer service, operation and management, etc. to front line staff
• Cooperate with operations team in setting up localized training programs and schedules
• Update monthly training plan time by time to ensure the training consistency
• Evaluate training result on a regular basis and follow up 
• Support and coordinate with product training
• Prepare training materials and arrange logistic 
• Assist training manager on development of training programs

   Job Requirements

• 5 years hands-on experience in training field in Luxury Fashion industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent, writing, presentation and communication skills
• Strong organization, communications and people management skills
