Responsibilities :

• Provide clerical support to Sales Department
• Assist team manager  in daily sales adminstration works
• Handle customer's enquiries , quotation and order follow up
• Assist in sales management report and data update
• Ad hoc tasks in sales event  as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 3 years experience in clerical administration
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
