To cope with our promising business growth, we are now looking for a high caliber Assistant Training Manager to join our Corporate Training Department. The right candidate will directly report to Senior Training Manager, responsible for coordinating and implementing corporate training events for various business sectors. Subject to performance and potential of the candidate, there is good promotion prospect.

 

 Assistant Training Manager (Corporate)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize, design and facilitate various training programs and events to corporate clients
  • Generate and deliver training solutions to fit in clients’ needs
  • Develop training materials to support implementation of training programs and events
  • Review, evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback from internal and external clients
  • Coach the junior trainers and assist in internal staff development work
  • Work with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and events
  • Initiate training development plan
  • Assist the Senior Training Manager to execute defined training system and strategies

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ solid experience in training, staff development or talent management
  • Hands-on experience in training design and delivery
  • Able to talk to and work with people at different levels, understand different needs and able to design training to cover the areas needed
  • Good team player
  • Effective communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
  • Passionate, out-going, well-organized and proactive about people development, customer focused and result-oriented
  • Strong analytical, organized skills and project management skills
  • Excellent spoken English and Mandarin also an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
