The Job:

• Provide full ranges of administrative support, including issue PR/PO, travel arrangement and day-to-day admin operation
• Prepare monthly activity reports or required materials
• Creation and maintenance of system records and proper filing of documents
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Person:

• Form 5/DSE above
• 1 year experience
• Good knowledge in computer operation, e.g. Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Mature, independent with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
