Assistant Trade Manager

Job Description

1. Handle commodity trading transactions (contract issuing, demurrage calculation, logistic arrangement, invoice issuing, negotiating with 3rd party, etc.)

 2. Process inward/outward remittance, time deposit, fund transfer, account maintenance.

 3. Perform documents checking on Documentary Credits and Collections.

 4. Support in preparing L/C documents.

 6. Negotiate with bank and financial institutions and process queries from banks.

 7. Provide support for ad hoc assignments.

 Position Requirements

 1. Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Business administration/International trade/Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.

 2. Previous experience in banking/commodity/trading will be an asset but not a must, fresh graduates are also welcome.

 3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

 4. Independent, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work well under pressure.

 5. Well-versed PC skills in MS Excel, Word, Photoshop.

 6. Immediate availability preferred.

 7. Salary is negotiable.
