Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources and office administration support
- Handle all HR duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, company activities, etc.
- Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement and maintenance of office equipment/facilities, replenishment of office supplies, stationeries and pantry’s supplies etc.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
