As a HR strategist, you will be

• a people-oriented person, displaying genuine care about the employees, culture and company goals to drive long term development;
• a key member of a lean but high-performance team, reporting to the head of finance and administration;
• the key person in developing and promoting the company's culture and core values; 
• acting as a trusted adviser to employees, managing a full spectrum of HR functions of the company;
• building strategy on talent acquisition and retention, supporting employees through personal and professional development; and 
• influencing employees of all-levels to embrace strategic change and new challenges.

Requirements:

The successful candidate has to be a people-oriented HR professional who 

• is familiar with HR operations and management, local employment laws and regulations as well as leading people management and employee engagement trends;
• has degree qualified in Human Resources or other related disciplines with at least 5 years' of experience in Human Resources;
• has a flexible and open mindset;
• is comfortable working in a fast paced environment;
• demonstrates the passion and ability to drive, build, promote an inclusive and people-oriented people culture;
• is a good team player, visionary, willing to learn, proactive and down-to-earth;
• has a basic understanding of technologies and keep abreast of the technology trends, particularly in the field the company is currently working in; and
• is fluencent in Cantonese with a good level of spoken Mandarin and written English and Chinese.
