Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of shipping import & export documents
• Handle full set of shipping arrangement and document
• Handle custom clearance and export arrangement
• Provide clerical support to the Logistic Department
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Over 5 years shipping experience in manufacturing industry is preferable
• Familiar with “Tradelink” for custom declaration
• Working experience in jewelry industry is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in PC operation including Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word
• Mature, well-organized, analytical, self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work overtime and meet tight deadline
• Immediate availability preferred
