Job Description
Job responsibilities:
-Provide operational support in dissemination of issuers' information
-Handle enquiries from listed issuers on matters relating to the e-Submission System
-Support daily operations in maintaining corporate actions data and other office administration
-Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects including UAT
Job requirements:
-University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
-1-2 years of working experience in financial industry
-Meticulous, attentive to details and able to maintain high level of accuracy
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
-Shift duties required
