About the Company:
Our client is a one of the most well known organization in Travel & Hospitality industry.
With an excellent opportunity arisen, they are looking for a HR Director to look after their HR operation in Hong Kong covering 2500 headcounts and over 40 business units.
About the job:
- Manage and Lead full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee services, training, and internal staff communications, etc
- Provide strategic HR advice on organization development, talent management, executive compensation, legal practice, labor relations and etc
- Plan & lead the new business launching process and build an effective communication among multiple parties
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs, promote a people-centric culture
- Drive ad hoc HR project & initiatives
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
- Minimum 15 years of HR related experience required
- Candidates from public utilise/Engineering sector or with multiple industry experience are preferred
