Job Duties

• Perform and provide a variety of administrative functions and clerical support as assigned;
• Maintain and update records to ensure completeness and accuracy;
• Perform general reception duties, including handle incoming phone calls, fax, and courier, etc.;
• Coordinate business trip travel & accommodation arrangement;
• Assist in organizing internal staff activities;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

  Job Requirements 

• Diploma holder or above;
• Minimum 2 yearsof administrative and receptionist relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook & Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Well-organized, attention to details and strong sense of responsibilities;
• Self-motivated, presentable, pleasant personality and high flexibility;
• Pleasant telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills;
• High degree of professionalism and tact in handling sensitive information and situation;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
