Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide basic secretarial and administrative supports to the directors
- Prepare tender document, handle tender clarification and negotiation with clients on commercial terms, and support contract administration etc.
- Conduct follow up calls on our potential clients & maintain calling report
- Prepare invoicing & handle basic AR /AP
- Manage monthly payroll
- Prepare travel arrangements (air tickets and hotel accommodation booking, prepare itineraries, trip expenses reports)
- Perform ad hoc duties or special projects assigned by management
- 3 - 4 years' working experience preferrable
- Clear understanding of contracts used in the interior / construction industry in china, Hong Kong
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and strong negotiation skills, fast learner and team player
- Accounting LCC intermediate or higher level preferred
- Highly proficient with Excel, Word, Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasional business trips to China
