Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support (Data entry, maintaining files and records, etc.) primarily for the Quality and Engineering departments.
• Keep track of and organize regular tasks.
• Coordinate between different departments.
• Prepare and circulate regular department reports.
• Assist on ISO document control.
• Assist on ad-hoc assignment as necessary.

Requirements:

• DSE or above.
• >2 years’ experience in electronics component sourcing is an advantage, but training will be given.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS (Word, Excel).
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Relevant MRP/ERP experience is an advantage, but training will be given.
• Responsible, self-motivated and well organized.
