Assistant Human Resources and Administration Manager

 

Overview

A listed luxury watch and jewellry retailer is looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resources and Administration Manager to join one of their major business division.

 

The Firm

Our client is a renowned retailer of the world's most prestigious jewellery and sophisticated timepieces.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Take core responsibilities in Human Resources and Office Administration
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies for both frontline and back office staffs with hands-on experience in full cycle of recruitment process, headcount management, budgeting and retention
  • Explore and review different talent sourcing strategies and methods
  • Work alongside line managers and department heads to identify their recruitment needs
  • Update market information on recruitment trend and remuneration package in order to stay competitive in market
  • Work with other teams to develop competitive incentive schemes for frontline staffs
  • Advise and handle on disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Plan and coordinate employee relations activities
  • Manage the operation of Administration team on all office related matters such as security system monitoring, office renovation, stationary purchasing, courier management, and frontline staff uniform
  • Participates in ad hoc projects when required

 

Education and Experience

  • Associate Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail industry with at least 3 years in supervisory level
  • Good understanding of HK and Macau labour ordinance
  • Able to prioritize duties and multitask
  • Able to communicate with different levels of staffs
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediate available preferred

 

Candidates with higher experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Manager.
