Job Requirements
- HKDSE / Form 5 with certificate
- 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in trading industry
- Previous experience in order follow up with factory and clients
- Detail-minded, energetic, team player with cheerful personality
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Handle quotation and purchase order follow up with suppliers
- Responsible for preparing sales invoice and delivery documents
- Provide general coordination support and maintain sales system
