Responsibilities:

• Deliver engineering support to factory operations and manufacturing processes to ensure food production is in order and meets required standards
• Ensure factory machine and equipment quality and work environment safety are in compliance with local regulations and internal requirements
• Support factory innovation initiatives, deploy technology know-how and maintain links between new products and technologies with business needs

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Engineering (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Process/ Electronic/ Industrial Engineering) or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ food production engineering experience
• Good knowledge in food processing plants and technologies, food safety regulations and hygienic engineering
• Experience in driving manufacturing processes is a definite advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of PC skills
