Responsibilities:

• Identify hiring needs and develop effective strategies that build diverse talent pipelines to meet business needs and to ensure effectiveness in acquiring talents in the market
• Responsible for end to end recruitment & selection tasks at the group level with a focus in senior executive hiring and passive candidate engagement
• Review data analytics and provide insights to your team and business leaders to inform and influence recruitment strategy
• Plan, execute and review recruitment policy & procedures
• Lead and organize campus recruitment
• Staying up to date with regards to knowledge about the labour market trends, recruitment best practice and sourcing tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, gained from sizable organizations
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Capable of communicating effectively (oral and written) to small and large groups and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans, measures of success and lead projects to fruition
