Job Responsibilities

• Part of Chief Executive assistant team
• Assist in coordinating daily business matters
• Assist in organizing and implementing business projects as well as monitoring their progress
• Assist in preparing business reports, presentation materials and taking meeting minutes
• Manage and coordinate appointments, schedules, external meetings, event arrangements
• Coordinate and liaise between different internal departments and/or external business corporations
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignment as required

Job Requirements

• University Degree with 3-5 years working experience (Fresh Graduate would also be considered)
• Experience from the property developers, real estate PE is preferred
• Ability to work on highly confidential matters with high integrity levelGood business sense, self-initiative and strong communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure
• Prior working experience in China, Chinese firms or Mainland residents with valid Hong Kong working visa are welcome to apply
