Job Description
We are a creative Arts, Hobby & Stationery Company that works with international customers.
We also have a F&B sister business that works with Hong Kong based customers.
We are looking for a very organised Office Manager/Administrator for both the businesses.
Duties:
Include but not limited to the following areas where previous experience is essential:
- Processing orders and invoices for customers.
- Processing orders and checking invoices and payments to suppliers.
- Inputting invoices & expenses.
- Liaising with customers on deliveries.
- Processing & Preparing necessary reporting.
- Using online systems for booking & preparing shipments.
- Assisting other members of staff.
- Knowledge of Excel is also important.
Requirements
- The firm is continually expanding with a "roll your sleeves up" approach to work. As a general practice the nature of the work is varied and can change daily; from general paper work and admin to preparing for customer meetings or exhibitions..
- Confident communication skills. Cantonese speaking would help but not essential.
- Well organised with good time management.
There is good scope to grow in this growing business that is based in Wong Chuk Hang.
