職責:

• 負責日常營運，包括簽証申請、租務或設施有關服務
• 協助文檔整理及記錄
• 協助部門做好輔助服務工作
• 完成主管交付的其他日常工作

要求 :

• 本科以上學歷，行政管理或相關工作經驗者優先考慮
• 有良好的中英文聽說讀寫能力 (會說粵語者優先)
• 熟悉電腦操作及Office辦公軟體，具備基本的網路知識
• 熟悉辦公室行政管理知識及工作流程
• 具備良好的溝通協調學習能力，團隊合作精神和表達能力
• 歡迎本地及非本地在港的畢業生(IANG)
