Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle clients' enquiries on account opening, fund trading platform and market information
- Facilitate customers to complete account opening is a key responsibility
- Perform account opening and document checking according to internal guidelines and ensure full compliance in of rules and regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients
- Perform any other marketing duties or projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- 3 year's working experience in financial industry is a definite advantage
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Holder of SFC RA1 license
