The 3^rd Party Risk Management is a 2nd line of defense role, encompassing Cyber Risk and Technology Risk for the organization. In addition, this role will oversee the development and implementation of security and risk strategy for assessing risks of new and existing third parties and eco system partners.

• Drive the Third-Party Risk strategy across the Bank.
• Develop standard processes for evaluating third party risk across third parties of varying risk profile.
• Partner with and build strong working relationships with Procurement, Compliance and business functions to develop an assessment program which meets regulatory, compliance and business needs. 
• Ensure security alignment with the 3rd Party Risk Management process and provide risk decisions throughout process.
• Identify and develop Third Party specific security standards.
• Evaluate and communicate Third Party security risks and solutions to business partners and IT management/staff.
• Develop metrics, reporting and tracking program to ensure processes are working as designed and risks are being tracked.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the procurement function in addressing information security requirements and supply chain risks through procurement activities and recommend improvements.
• Perform other risk related duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirement 

• BS degree.
• CISSP or/and CISA.
• You have 10-12 years Technology, operational risk management, 3rd party risk management or other applicable experience.
• Experience performing IT Audits or Assessments of 3rd Party Suppliers
• You have developed excellent communication and relationship building skills; proven ability to influence
• Experience in one or more emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Distributed Ledger Technology, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud computing a plus.
• Understanding of technology risk / outsourcing frameworks (HKMA TM-G-1, SA-2) a plus.
