Work closely with Asia management team to:

- Support China and Hong Kong Financial Director and HK Business head in managing operation result, provide insightful reporting and analysis, active participate in decision making process to support team to achieve OP target.

- Prepare monthly consolidated corporate and management reporting and conduct financial and business analysis.

- Be in charge of annual budget cycle, rolling forecasting and periodical re-forecasting of budget.

- Perform timely and accurate financial information and analysis and sales/margin reporting for management decision, including both routine and ad hoc requirement.

- Lead working capital performance and cash flow management for HK.

- Co-ordinate with Share service and APAC Controller team manage closing and financial control and compliance activities.

- Other financial projects to support business requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, or relevant major. Master or MBA will be a plus.

- 6 years working experience above, at least 3 years demonstrated experience in finance area, strong commercial financial analytical skillset. 3 years or above years working for multinational company.

- Proactive, mature, good communication and people skill

- Have people manager experience

- Good excel and modeling skill

- CPA, CFA or similar certification will be a plus
