• The Company is engaged in the development and investment of residential, commercial, serviced apartments and hospitality properties in Hong Kong 
• We are looking for   SENIOR PROPERTY ASSET MANAGER   – with details as follows :

• Formulate and implement Asset Plan with business objectives including asset positioning, asset enhancement, trade mix & leasing strategies
• Develop and implement creative leasing strategies to improve trade mix and maximize income of the properties
• Deliver net property income growth and valuation gain targets by managing the annual operating budgets, cost planning and controls
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid commercial asset management related experience from property developers
• Strong financial management background, good working knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis with an operational and strategic blend
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skill with customer focus mindset
• Excellent relation with potential clients/tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of clients/tenants
• A team-player with excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly motivated, independent working and capable of working under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Recognize Chinese state-owned enterprises culture
• Less experience will be considered as Property Asset Manager
