Responsibilities: 

• Reaching out to new and maintain existing relationship with clients
• Participate in sale and marketing events through various activities
• Support day-to-day queries from clients, fund administrators and prospective investors
• Work with operation, compliance and other departments in new product development and other firm-wide initiatives
• Produce regular marketing materials including presentation,  newsletter and fund factsheets
• Update/Maintain company website with attention to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Handle fund subscription and redemption matters
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

   Requirements: 

• University graduate with Finance, Economics or Business-related disciplines;
• Above 3 years relevant working experience in the industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent Mandarin is a MUST
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workflows and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS office, particularly PPT and Excel
• Independent personality with strong problem solving skills, able to work independently
