Responsibilities:

• Handle daily dealing operations of various global futures products in an accurate and timely manner;
• Monitor clients’ risks and perform risk control functions;
• Prepare various dealing reports for the department;
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time from management;
• Work closely with back office on post trades work and reconciliations;
• Provide high quality services in answering clients’ inquiries related with trades and orders;
• Good communication skills with clients and external brokers;
• Assist in monitoring system stability and ensuring an efficient daily operation

Requirements:

• Relevant experiences in dealing with securities & global futures related products is an advantage;
• Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC (Type 2) is highly preferred;
• Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure;
• Rotational shifts duties are required if necessary, candidates should be able to work on night shifts and public holidays; and
• Good command in spoken & written Chinese, English is required, fluent Mandarin is a advantage
