Responsibilities:

• Support senior management in all phases of the company investment, fundraising, M&A prospects and strategic partnership discussions through the APAC regions;
• Coordinate and participate the due diligence meetings with potential investors/partners, including creation of key materials such as presentations/pitches, valuation analyses, financial models and more;
• Source, assess, and conduct diligence on potential strategic partnership for acquisitions, investments and joint ventures;

  Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity,  venture capital, and/or management consulting;
• Experience with deal structuring, diligence, and execution processes
• Background in financial modelling and analysis, engaging potential investors, and managing legal documentation
• Excellent communication skills and Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
• BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
