Job Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will assist in the execution of IPO and other corporate finance projects in areas such as:

• execution of due diligence exercises;
• general research, financial ratio analyses, and comparable analyses;
• preparation and/or review of listing documents and other listing application materials;
• coordination of the work of other professional parties including accountants, lawyers, background check agents, valuers, industry experts, internal control consultants, etc.;
• drafting and/or review of opinion and advisory letters; and
• liaison with regulators such as the Stock Exchange.

Job Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in business-related disciplines
• Able to think logically and critically with clear, consistent and careful reasoning and judgement
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluent spoken Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complicated ideas clearly and concisely in writing
• Willing to travel
• Attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Able to read and understand simple financial statements
