Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all rounded support in the Customer Service Department
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing activities
- Assist in handling account opening procedures
- Assist our Account Executives or clients in executing Hong Kong securities trading orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
- Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time

- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects

- Holder of SFC licence RA 1 & RA 2 licence holders are preferred (but not essential)
- High level of customer service orientation
- Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Mainland China Fresh Graduated (IANG) visa holders are welcome
- Candidate with less experiences can be considered as Assistant Officer
- High level of customer service orientation
