RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather market intelligence on investors' investment needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fixed income product investors and DCM counter-parties including commercial banks, investment banks, fund houses, private banks, securities firms, funds and investment companies and etc.
• Carry out market and credit analysis, generate investment and trade ideas, and compile valid information for client on-boarding and trade execution
• Working with members in Debt Capital Markets Department to conduct primary and secondary sales activities
• Liaise with back office function departments to ensure smooth settlement of trades
• Keep DCM / Syndicate updated on the feedback from the investors and the new trend of the market investment preference

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or business-related studies
• 5+ years of experiences in credit sales and/or debt syndication / fixed income sales, experience in LGFV a plus
• Product knowledge across different forms of debt instruments
• With DCM clients’ resources from Mainland China preferred
• Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues
• Strong work ethic with clean disciplinary records
• Setup experience on new platform would be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
