Vice President - Product Design / Fund Raising

Job responsibilities:

• Leading product design for each specific task, responsible for the completion of the asset management product design task;
• Lead the development of asset allocation and investment strategies for various asset management products;
• The products designed should be competitive in the market and support the external fundraising work;
• Increase the proportion of external clients in all types of asset management products;
• Based on various investment management systems, take the lead in dynamic monitoring and post-investment management of the managed asset management products;
• Establish a linkage sales system with internal and external docking, and establish and improve the integration of the entire asset management process system
• Coordinate all relevant departments within the company to coordinate and streamline product design and operation processes

job requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in product development, fundraising and business development in leading financial institutions or asset management institutions. Give priority to candidates with working experience in Chinese financial institutions
• Bachelor degree or above
• HKSI 4, 9 licensed licensees
• Rich experience in designing and distributing products and fundraising
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
