JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Proactively generate and follow-up on leads and convert prospects into clients
2. Generate leads through cold calling/emailing, referrals, attending industry conferences and any other innovative means within your disposal
3. Establish and maintain relationships with lawyers, prime brokers, auditors, valuation agents, licensed platform providers, Technology providers and Compliance firms
4. Attend relevant industry conferences; undertake web research, gather market intelligence, approach existing and new fund managers to build a prospect database
5. Handle new client onboarding and manage the client relationship after conversion
6. Achieve subject matter knowledge in fund structures, general trends in the industry through self-research
7. Assist senior management with strategic business initiatives, whenever required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree holder or above in Financial Services or related discipline
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mindset
3. Minimum 3 years’ client service experience from financial institutions
4. Fund services background ideal
5. Resourceful, independent and self-driven with a focus on results
6. Proactive with the ability and willingness to take the initiative
