Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Senior Marketing Manager - Consumer Loan.

Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the candidate will lead a team to plan, design and execute marketing strategies and promotion campaigns for consumer loan products to achieve pre-set objective. Key focuses include:

• Utilize various digital channels to promote consumer loans sales, with focus on lead generation and sales conversion
• Lead marketing projects related to internet platform and social media area
• Liaise with marketing agency to drive initiatives for above-the-line promotion
• Manage and enhance the client value proposition of the loans product
• Drive market research, analyze business trend and identify business opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and strategies

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in Consumer Loans industry
• Proactive, with excellent market sense and able to drive initiatives independently
• Good management and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
