岗位职责：

1. 负责财务公司中物业按揭类（一按，二按，转按）客户的开发;
2. 负责物业按揭类业务的行销推广及管道开发;
3. 负责新老客户的维护，为客户提供专业的金融服务;
4. 负责客户的背景调查，物业评估及与律所对接;
5. 了解客户需求变化，收集并整理目标客户的需求;
6. 与客户建立良好的合作关系，为客户提供优质服务;
7. 完成销售指标，定期向上级提交客户意见与汇报进展情况;
8. 完成上级交办的其他工作;

 

 

任职要求：

1. 财务公司工作  5   年以上时间，楼宇按揭贷款三年以上工作经验;
2. 拥有良好的客户资源或通畅的仲介资讯管道;
3. 具备一定行销技巧，良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强;
4. 对香港楼市有良好了解，熟悉物业按揭贷款相关的法规和相关政策;
5. 有责任感，工作严谨细致，学习能力强，敏锐快捷的市场反应能力及较强的风险意识;
