Job Description

工作範圍:

l 負責帶領4ward Fitness Group Class

l 教授相關技巧、帶動氣氛、維持秩序及安全

l 彈性工時,可能是平日的早上、晚上或周末、假日

l 需每周編排課堂及安排工作坊

l 策畫和開發新group課堂及活動的安排

l 支援跟維持其他的導師和課堂素質

l 代表部門跟其他同事跨部門溝通

l 處理突發情況人手調動安排

入職條件:

l 持有體適能導師證書Group Class Instructor導師優先,或曾帶領相關工作坊均會考慮

l 懂得講解、帶領及擁有良好溝通能力

l 熱情友善,勤奮盡責

l 有編排課堂及活動經驗優先
