Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Min 10 years’ experience. 
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills;
• Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility;
• Detail-minded and self-motivated;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• MRICS, MCIArb preferred.

  Job Duties

• Valuation of variations.
• Cost control.
• Final account preparation.
• Provide input for contractual & associated quantum matters to the project team.
• Assisting with claims research.
• Preparation of claim documents.
• Drafting of contractual correspondence.
