Responsibilities

• Take charge of all facets of assigned real estate projects (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk) including but not limited to planning, design, construction and occupancy.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Architecture with professional qualifications in HKIA
• At least 8 years of relevant experience preferably with property developer
• Must be a good team player with strong leadership skills, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong construction site management skills preferred
• Good communication/presentation/organizational skills
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Willing to travel as and when required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
