 Responsibility:

• Review documentations and identify value variations, preparation of payment and sub-contract liabilities.
• Tender preparation and claims assessment.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor the progress of projects.
• Assist in the preparation and settlement of final account.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying of construction / fitting-out projects.
• Experiences in fitting out work is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive and hard working.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese.
• Good computer knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
