Responsibilities

• Develop bid cost estimates for building and A&A and Fitting-Out Works
• Select reference vendor quotations
• Ensure the assessment of costs for all project activities
• Prepare bid price sheet by first principle and preliminary project cash flow
• Prepare bid price breakdown and any prices/cost details
• Prepare initial project budget 
• Provide cost estimates or cost plans for projects during design development stage
• Prepare cashflow forecasts for tendered projects

 Requirements

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in cost estimating/ tendering

 Other requirements

• Candidate who has local experience working from main contractors
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
