Job Highlights 

• Able to lead a team of construction professionals
• 5 years or above experience in Construction
• Experience in fitting out projects 

Job Responsibilities 

• Handle project co-ordination, scheduling, process control, tendering and documentations such as method statement
• Monitoring the progress of the projects and co-ordination of various departments and subcontractors
• Ability to foster team spirit and resolve issues independently 

Job Requirements 

• High Diploma in Project Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience in fitting out and construction work
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Project, Excel & Word) and AutoCAD
• Immediately available is highly preferred
