Responsibilities:

• Monitor site progress, supervise construction works and inspect the BS installation works
• Attend the site BS co-ordination meeting, site meeting & workshop
• Responsible for overall site coordination and management of assigned project, including progress, quality and safety

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ project management experience as APM, minimum 8 years’ experience as Senior Building Services Inspector or related duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with residential property project
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
