Responsibilities:

• Monitor site status, progress & workmanship
• Project planning, schedule, design & coordination with main contractor & subcontractor
• Prepare calculation, drawing & documentation issue and submission
• Attend architect and site meeting
• Technical support advice on site operation.

Requirements:

• Certificate or High Diploma in Building Studies
• Holder of Certificate of Safety Supervision
• 2 years experience in Metal Cladding & Feature System
• Good Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project, PC Skill & MS Office
• Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized & good communication skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
• Immediately available is highly preferred
