Responsibilities :

• Developing all design concepts and consequent images, drawing, materials, finished and construction details
• Work with PM team in project development and documentation with the design support
  

Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma holder in Interior design or equivalent
• 15 years experience in interior design field ( experience in designing office workshop / villa / mansion / luxury apartments )
•  Less experience will consider as Assistant Designer
• Strong creative of concept design, proactive brainstorm ideas
• Able to handle full set of fitting-out drawing Assistant Designer
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good team player
• Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
• Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max is an advantage
• Excellent written in English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin is a plus
• Occasional Travel to PRC is required
• Immediately available is preferred

Salary：

Senior Interior Designer  HK$ 30,000 – 40,000

Interior Designer        HK$ 20,000 – 30,000

Assistant Designer      HK$ 12,000 – 16,000
