Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the running of operations for eCommerce businesses
• Formulate eCommerce strategies and initiatives to drive online traffic
• Determine portfolio gaps, optimization opportunities, plan product range with supplier, list new range into marketplaces, create product information, develop own product knowledge.
• Keep healthy inventory levels, stock-turnover. Clearance and management of aging and discontinued stock. Recommend promotions, plan stock for sales.
• Liaise with buying team and suppliers on buying and pricing strategies. Plan buy based on set category budgets.
• Liaise with eCommerce platform owners on marketing and sales. Ensure profitability, topline sales growth, and top seller position. Conduct competitive price checks and ensure competitive pricing. Deliver superior visibility and branding on marketplaces.
• Process incoming orders, help pick and pack when necessary and arrange for pickup. Address complaints and returns.
• Analyze business performance data and make a recommendation to utilize the business opportunities for management decision
• Improve user experience and interface by proposing new functions or system upgrades
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, Marketing, IT or related disciplines
• 5 years working experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing.  With experience in kitchenware and/or retail would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of eCommerce system architecture and technical solutions are preferable
• Highly numerate and analytical, comfortable working with data
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office.  Photoshop and HTML skills would be a plus.
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Self-starter. Has initiative in hoards and strong out-of-the-box problem-solving skills
• Be able to make decisions, meet targets and flexibly under pressure
• Enjoys dealing with people at all levels. Thrives on picking up new skills and knowledge
• Strong interest in eCommerce and entrepreneurship
• Occasional travel may be required, immediate available is highly preferred
