Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist all the marketing campaign, event, exhibition
• Liaise with internal and external business partners to plan and implement the new initiatives and ensure the marketing programs smoothly
• Support to plan and prepare of press release, marketing materials, reports, leaflet, brochure and etc.
• Assist to update and maintain our online marketing platforms, such as corporate website, social media platforms
• Follow up and arrange production order, sample order and artwork
• Assist to manage marketing budgets to ensure the marketing campaigns are cost-effective
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2 years related marketing experience 
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of using Adobe photoshop or AI is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Detail minded, strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
