Lab Technician

Job Location :  Laboratory in Science Park, HK – Office in TST, HK – Factories in China

Languages :   Written proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, other languages skills welcome

Education :   Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Chemistry or related discipline (Knowledge of EN, ATSM and other Toys Compliance is an advantage)

Experience :  Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience / Fresh graduates will be considered

 Requirements

• Hardworking, self-motivated, communicative, pro-active and a good team player
• Ability to organize and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiar with manufacturing technology, process engineering and corresponding equipment
• Familiar with Quality Control and Production Control in factories
• Initiative, detailed-minded with strong problem solving and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office 
• Related experience with focus in compounds, toys & materials

Job Duty

• Assist in formulate formulation & documentary 
• Test and evaluate the quality of toy products (crosslinked compounds)
• Analyze lab and production sample deviation
• Ensure compliance with test and standards
• Documentation Control
• Prepare lab-scale, pilot batch to scale up batch products for evaluation
• Provide technical support to R&D Team, Merchandising Team and Customers 
• Conducting and maintaining the daily operation and quality control
• Reviewing and evaluating test result in accordance with international safety standard
