The Job

• To coordinate and manage of daily CPE (data / voice) fault tickets, support field engineers and internal parties with effective service restoration order management and service coordination
• To close monitor on CPE(data / voice)fault ticket progress, provide status update report to team leader or Unit Manger
• To dealing with internal parties, external parties / end-users for schedule appointment

• To provide good customer service on handling  service restoration enquiries; cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently
• To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need

The Person

• Degree/Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 3 years working experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
• Good in both written and oral communication skills in both Cantonese and English
• Experience in worked on telecommunications arrangement is an advantage
