Job Description
Our client, a European distributor is now to expand their business in China, they would like to invite candidate to fill in the following positions :
Position : Overseas Regional Manager
Position Object: Responsible for market development and management/Plan and supervise regional market sales and channel development/Guarantee the effective executions of orders and risk control/Manage and optimize the regional sales team, and lead the team to the completion of sales tasks.
Job Description:
- The draft, approval and execution of annual, seasonable and monthly sales plans.
- Manage the current market and develop the target market. Lead in the research of and plan for the target market, and move forward its execution.
- Responsible for the plan, development and management of regional sales channels/Lead in the channels research work; make channel development plans and execute them/Maintain and optimize regional sales channels as well as other resources.
- The meetings, negotiations and executions for big projects in the region.
- Responsible for the management, risk control and executions of orders./Supervise the executions of orders of intention, and follow up big orders of intention./Supervise all the following procedures of an order, especially the payment./
- Organize and coordinate all the resources dispensable (accessories, technical materials, trainings, technical support, etc. )for the maintenance of clients.
- Organize regional market research, and amass all the market information, including exhibition information, rival information./ Sort such information out and establish a database. / Analyze market information and make timely updates.
- Responsible for the preliminary review of product initiation as well as certification application, and promote the work process.
- Lead in the marketing work of the region. Plan and organize marketing work and evaluate marketing results.
- Team building/ Propose regional staff needs and human resource plans./ Come up with regional training plan and make sure that the inferiors follow through. / Evaluate the performance of regional staff.
- Accomplish the tasks allocated by the department and report to the immediate superior.
Position Clearance:
1. Contract signing rights
2. The authority to research and plan target market.
3. The supervision of the carrying out of the target market development plan
4. The authority to review the regional channel development plan
5. The authority to review regional resource management
6. The authority to supervise the execution of orders of intention
7. The authority to review and supervise the execution of orders and shipments
8. The authority to supervise the receipt of payments
9. The authority to make proposals for service needs
10. The authority to review the analysis reports of market information
11. The authority to propose regional personnel allotments
12. The authority to advice performance evaluation for regional staff
Qualifications:
Education Requirement:University or higher
Majors:Communication, Electronic Engineering, Automation, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, English (Exceptions will be made for the highly competent! )
Professional Knowledge:International Trade and International Marketing,Radio Communication、Private Network Communication、Radio Products(Training Provided),Understand the Procedures of Import and Export Business,Familiar with International Trade Policies and Regulations,Have certain knowledge of management, law and finance.
Professional Skills:Be good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Work Experience:More than 3 years of work experience in major-related fields & more than 2 years of management experience
Competence: Good at communication and coordination/ Earnest, rigorous and responsible work manners/ Team spirit/ Can handle international travelling
