To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Candidate with Master Degree / MBA will have advantage
• Over 10 years relevant working experience with management exposure
• Candidates with working experience in reputable Technology, Electronics or EMS companies are preferred
• Competent in formulating strategies and implementing plans to lead the company to ensure customs compliance of all electronics goods in Hong Kong, PRC, Asia, Europe, and USA
• Good knowledge of trade regulations and customs practices of various countries including Hong Kong, PRC, Asia, Europe, and USA
• Able to conduct risk assessments and manage the compliance monitoring as well as file review program in accordance with regulatory expectations and best practices
• Skillful in leading all regulatory and third party audit review and inquiries
• Strong in leading audit entries for compliance, compile statistics and recommend corrective actions
• Good at dealing with all levels of people internally and externally
• Good command of language in terms of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Station in Hong Kong with occasion travelling to other countries
