Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the project management and assist maintenance team including site supervision, cost control and resources planning.
- Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties, including sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is according to contract standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and technical staff.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in large scale E&M system & installation
- Good technical knowledge and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
